Motivez make competitive roles accessible to all 10-25 year olds, through coaching, career programmes, and meetups, they equip underrepresented students with the tools and confidence to secure their dream roles, building a future where opportunity is truly for everyone.


Reaching a decade of impact was a milestone worth celebrating, but Motivez wanted more than an anniversary party. They wanted a way to honour their achievements, strengthen relationships with their community and partner and inspire fresh energy for the next chapter of their mission. For an organisation dedicated to making competitive careers accessible to all young peoples, and , this anniversary needed to be as ambitious, inclusive, and inspiring as the community they serve.

The Approach

We built the celebration around a “Motivez universe” concept, symbolising the limitless potential of the young people Motivez serves. This wasn’t just a one-off design; it became an immersive storytelling experience. This framework was applied across every channel throughout the year, from social campaigns to event activations, ensuring a consistent and recognizable anniversary identity.


The project included a refreshed 10-year logo that marked the milestone of Motivez’ roots while pointing toward an inclusive and opportunity-rich future. Alumni were placed at the heart of the campaign, with storytelling spotlights that showcased their journeys and successes. Interactive digital content engaged the wider community, while curated partner showcases and events deepened connections with key stakeholders.


Visually, the identity balanced energy and aspiration, dynamic layouts, and thematic imagery brought a decade of achievements into focus while projecting a vibrant vision for the future. From strategic narrative to design execution, the 10th Anniversary proved that Motivez doesn’t just celebrate milestones; they turn them into movements.

The Outcome

The 10-Year Anniversary campaign gave Motivez a refreshed and unified

identity that tied together their history and future vision. The “Motivez universe” became the thread linking every element, from the anniversary logo to alumni storytelling, interactive digital content, and live activations, creating a consistent and engaging experience for the community.


Partners were re-engaged through tailored showcases and events, alumni felt celebrated and visible, and young people were reminded that Motivez is a space where their ambitions are recognised and supported.
